1. 進退房時間 Check-in & Check-out
🆅 入住時間：14:00 起。Check-in: From 2:00 PM. *若平日於17:30過後入住或例假日入住者將採自助入住 Please note that self-check-in will apply for arrivals after 5:30 PM on weekdays, as well as anytime on weekends and public holidays.
🆅 退房時間：11:00 前。Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.
🆅 如需提早入住或延後退房，請提前與我們聯繫，將視當日房況酌情安排。For early check-in or late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. Arrangements are subject to room availability.
2.預付與改期規範 Reservation & Modification Policy
🆅 訂單成立後將收取全額租金，此筆費用不予退還。Full rental payment is required upon booking confirmation. All payments are non-refundable.
🆅 如須更改日期，請於原定入住日前 30 天（含以上） 通知，並須符合租期 30 天起之訂房政策。To change your reservation dates, please notify us at least 30 days (inclusive) before your scheduled check-in date. All reservations must meet the minimum stay requirement of 30 nights.
🆅 改期需視當時房況而定，且每筆訂單僅限更改一次。Reservation changes are subject to room availability and may only be made once per booking.
3. 入住人數與年齡限制 Occupancy & Age Restrictions
🆅 每房入住人數限制為 2 位成人。Each room accommodates a maximum of two guests.
🆅 成人定義：年滿 10 歲（含）以上視為成人；9 歲（含）以下孩童不在此限。Guests aged 10 and above are considered adults. Children aged 9 and under are not subject to this classification.
🆅 最低入住年齡：為維護居住品質，本館僅接待 2 足歲（含以上） 之孩童與成人入住。To maintain the quality of our living environment, we only accommodate adults and children aged 2 and above.
4. 生活公約 House Rules
🆅 全棟禁菸：館內全面禁止吸菸（含電子菸）、嚼檳榔、酗酒。Strictly Non-Smoking Policy Smoking (including e-cigarettes), chewing betel nuts, and alcohol abuse are strictly prohibited throughout the entire property.
🆅 禁止寵物：全館禁止攜帶寵物入住。Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.
🆅 禁止大聲喧嘩或開趴，以維護其他住客的安寧。No Pets Allowed: Please refrain from loud noises or disruptive behavior to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
🆅 若發現違反上述規定之情況，本館將有權提前終止租期，且不退還剩餘租金及相關費用。Violations of the above rules may result in early termination of the rental agreement without a refund of the remaining rent or associated fees.
5. 押金與退費說明 Security Deposit & Cleaning Fees
🆅 押金規範：月租押金 1 個月、年租押金 2 個月，須於入住當日付清。Security Deposit: A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required for monthly stays, and two months’ rent for annual leases. The deposit must be paid on the check-in date.
🆅 清潔費用：租賃金額不含退房清潔費 NT$1,000，此費用將於退房時自押金中扣除。Cleaning Fee: A check-out cleaning fee of NT$1,000 is not included in the rental rate. This fee will be deducted from the security deposit upon check-out.
🆅 押金退還：退租時若房況確認無損壞，押金餘額將於退房後 2～3 個工作日，退還至您指定的銀行帳戶。Deposit Refund: After check-out and confirmation that there is no damage to the property, the remaining security deposit will be refunded to your designated bank account within 2–3 business days.
