For stays of 30 nights or more, the published monthly rate includes room utilities, internet access, common-area electricity, and management fees.
A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required, along with a one-time departure cleaning fee of NT$1,000.
Rates are listed before applicable taxes. Final charges and booking conditions will be confirmed before reservation.

The location is great. Less than a ten minute walk from Lalaport mall and Taichung Station. About a 25 minute walk to NCHU. Most importantly, it’s only a five minute walk to Zhongxiao night market. There are so many food options there. I ate there often. Also, there is a clean laundromat on the next block if you don’t like to hang dry your clothes. It was easy enough to wash clothes at the apartment then walk them over to the dryer. I walk a lot, so I can’t really speak to the proximity to important bus lines. The few times I did need to catch a bus somewhere I didn’t need to go far to the bus stop. Being close to Taichung Station is obviously great. I originally rented here for a month, thinking that I would find somewhere cheaper. I liked it enough to stay for three months, for my entire quarter at NCHU.

The apartment was exactly as the pictures showed. The place was affordable in a great area, 10 minutes walk to the night market with lots of restaurants and street stalls to pick from & 15 minutes walk from Taichung station. I really enjoyed my stay, especially for the price point! The one downside was you could hear voices from the lobby. In my experience though, in Taiwan most rooms are like this. Would def recommend and would book again!

こちらの滞在はとても快適です。 部屋は広くはないですが綺麗で清掃も行き届いています。 7階に共有のキッチンがあり持参した食材で料理出来ます。また全自動のコーヒーマシンがあるので豆を自分で購入すれば美味しいコーヒーが手に入ります。 ゴミは建物入り口横に集積所があるので自由に持ち込めます。部屋には長机と椅子、1人用のソファーがあるので仕事も出来ます。 Wi-Fiも快適です。 日常的に1階に女性と男性スタッフが常駐、あと清掃スタッフが時々います。1階の女性と男性スタッフはとても愛想がよく気持ちよく交流出来ます。

我因為個人因素摔了跤，舊傷新傷導致我必須手術，之前住的地方即便有家人在旁，但是照顧病人的艱辛以及徬徨，我已經讓家人經歷過一次，所以特意從家裡搬出來，由於要很長一段時間行動不便，綜合考慮之下，找到這裡。 本來是圖方便：離醫院進、有電梯、有垃圾管理、房間大小剛剛好、也有廚房供應微波爐。不過住這裡已經是第三個月了，管家們都很關心每個住戶，遇上問題也都會盡快幫忙，而由於我的狀況，更是熱心幫我，雖然我是獨居，但我需要幫忙的時候，他們的幫忙讓我很安心。住下來沒有壓力，非常舒適。
